Why our account is banned?

    Hello

    our account is secretariat@connectus.pro.

    We got a notice that our account and IP are banned, what kind of problem is it? and how should we solve it?..

    Please give a kind notice for resolve.

    Hi Connectus,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that your account got automatically suspended by our system due to “Possible clickbait”. This usually occurs when you link a URL to an image in your form. Upon checking, this form in your account contains an image that links to an external URL which is the probable cause of the suspension. I have reinstated your account, so you should now be able to log into it. To avoid getting suspended again, we would suggest that you remove the link from the image. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click the Image Properties field and click the Gear icon.
    • Go to the Advanced tab and remove the URL on the Link Image option
    • Turn the slider OFF for the Link Image.

    We want to log in the website.

    But our account still banned.

    I have removed the link from the image and reinstate your account. You should be able to log in without an issue now.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    Now we can log in the account with different IP address,

    but when we want to log in in our office internet, your site still banned our IP address.

    Hi Connectus,

    Could you share with us the IP address of your internet office? You can find your IP address while being connected to the network and check third-party website such as this. Then, share with us here and we'll help you check and whitelist your IP address.

    Once we heard back from you, we'll be able to help you with it.

    Are all the links connected to the picture not applicable?

    I'm just trying to connect Google Drive without any violation of my personal information, etc.

    Hi Connectus,

    The suspension was due to your form only containing images with a redirect link. The form also doesn't contain a Submit button, which is why the images that contain links may be flagged by our anti-phishing system as a possible clickbait. Most of the time this can be prevented if we whitelist the account. But this option is only available for paid accounts. We also have a guide on How to Upgrade My Account so you can check.
