SOmeone used my email to fill a form

Someone used my email to fill a form called Rates Form. I have been notified of completion by email but I did not fill the form. Where can I find more information on what was filled?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, there's no option to view the submission data of the submitted form other than the form owner or shared users allowed by the form owner. You may reach out to the form creator if you want to view the data or information on the submitted form.

You can directly reply to the email that you have received where you have been notified of completion of the form, the reply email you'll send will be received by the creator or owner of the form.
