Feature Request: Ability to scan QR codes in Jotform app.

    Hi,

    i have created an app in the JotForm app. I would like to add a button to launch the camera if the app is used on a mobile phone.

    I essentially, want the user to scan qr codes while in the app.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    As a workaround, you can add a QR code reader widget to your form and then you can add this form to your app. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Widgets tab, search for the QR Code Reader widget and add it to your form.

    the Qr code reader only shows the scanned website but it doesn't actually open the directed link.. it almost shows what is the link behind the qr code only without being able to open the link or take you directly to where is the qr code linked to.
