I'd like a custom text written into the input table when someone chooses an item on the gift registry. In my form, for example, when someone chooses "Sunday" in the gift registry, cell A1 ("Sunday, Shift #1) should read "Bike Repair".
I've tried to use the conditional logic based on another fields value, but can't quite figure out what to put into the 'Calculate Field" section.

Hi BRCH3 Camp,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll need some time to investigate it. I'll get back to you in this thread when it's ready.
Thank you for your patience.

Hi BRCH3 Camp,
You can set Conditional Logic for having "Bike Repair" in cell A1 when someone chooses "Sunday" in the gift registry. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Input Table and choose Gear Icon.
- Go to Fields section.
- Choose Textbox.
- Go to Settings at the top navigation bar.
- Choose Conditions in the left panel.
- Set up the Conditional Logic - If #3 is equal to Sunday, Calculate cell A1 as Bike Repair.
- Click on Save button.
- You will then be able to see "Bike Repair" in the table when you choose Sunday on the form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
- In Form Builder, click on the Input Table and choose Gear Icon.

That does help! Thank you. Two more questions:
- How do I get the font size of 'Bike Repair' to be smaller and fit into the cell completely?
- I will want to do this for every day of the week. Is there a way for me to do this without making 8 different conditions? In other words, is it possible to match the days of the week by choosing the matching field value in the input table?
Thank you.

Hi BRCH3 Camp,
You will need to set up each conditions for the week to match the gift registry to your input table. It's very easy to do. You can follow the guide Hilary sent on this thread earlier.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi,
Thank you for the quick response. To clarify, it is not possible to match the days of the week by choosing the matching field value in the input table?
If not, I'll need to set up a condition for every day of the week.

Hi brch3camp,
You're right. it is not possible to match the days of the week by choosing the matching field value in the Input Table. You need to create the conditions suggested by my colleague Hilary for each day of the week.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
