    Hi ScottFM,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is it stuck with that process, where you're unable to connect? Or is it returning an error message as well, when it failed to connect? I cloned your form, but I can't seem to replicate the issue.

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache. If the issue still persists, please ensure that you're entering the correct details. I highly suggest you clear your browser's cache as well, or try with another browser and see if it helps.
