Hello, I am trying to create a form for an upcoming charity event
i would like there to be an option for them to either choose the option to receive an invoice to send to their accounts department for payment via direct bank deposit or they could pay via credit card immediately and then it will send out the paid invoice after payment taken.
I cant work out how to set this up with the stripe widget? can you help me? thank you -

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. You can add more than one Payment Integration to your form. We'll need to use the iFrame Embed widget, a Single Choice element, and the Conditions feature. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. First, we'll create a form for the additional Payment option:
- On your My Forms page, click on Create Form.
- Select Start From Scratch and then choose a Form Layout.
- On the Form Builder page, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the screen.
- Under the Payment tab, choose the other Payment Integration that you want to use.
2. Now, let's add the iFrame Embed widget:
- With your form open in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the screen.
- Under the Widgets tab, click on the iFrame Embed widget and drag and drop it to your form.
- In the Widget Settings window, under the General tab, paste the Frame URL of the other form.
3. Finally, let's create the Condition:
- With your form open in Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
- Click on Add New Condition and then select the Show/Hide field.
- Now, create conditions like the ones below:
Now, you'll be able to have more than one Payment option on your form.
Give it a try and reach out again if you need any help.

Hi Sarah,
I checked your form and saw that you embedded your other form into it using the iFrame embed widget. With this setup, the users will have to click both submit buttons to complete each form. However, if your purpose in doing this is to provide multiple payment options to the users, therefore, I suggest making a multi-payment form instead. You can find the guide on doing that here.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
