Hi joshparkes24,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I deleted your account from my end, but note that this is also something you can do from your end if you create an account again in the future and wish to delete it. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Then, click on Settings in the dropdown menu.
3. On your Settings page, click on Account on the left side of the screen. Then, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
4. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
5. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
