How to create an order form?

Can I build a purchase form using this form?

We will purchase the Apple gift card that the customer has. Present the purchase rate on the form. Customer enters gift card balance.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's easy to create a payment form wth Jotform. To do that, suggest using the Product List element. Let me show you an example on how to do it with PayPal:

1. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the Form Builder page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down and drag and drop the Product List element to your form.

Now, let's connect your PayPal account with your form:

1. Again, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Payments tab, choose one of the PayPal options.
3. In the panel on the right side of the page, click on Connect. This will take you to the PayPal page.
4. Now, enter all of the necessary information and connect your PayPal account with your form. That's it. You're done.
