How to import link to email

Hello, I have a jotform account and have links I'm trying to put in an email but when I click on publish then copy link, the key isn't functioning. How do I get the copy link to work and get my links transfer into email?

Hi Angela,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Have you tried refreshing your browser while you are on the Publish tab of the page and see if the copy link will enable? It's because I don't see any issues with your account as to getting the published link of your forms.

On a different note, I noticed that you have a guest account. Can you create a username for your account using that same email address? This will help you get higher limits with a registered account and you won't lose your forms because of the temporary access granted to guest users. You can follow this link to register your email address.
