    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our system and saw that you already created a Time Attendance form for your employees. If you are unsatisfied with the one you made, we have ready-made form templates that you can check, edit, and make your own here: Daily Attendance Form Templates.

Keep in mind that a database is automatically created if you create a form, and let me show you where you can find it:

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

    • This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

I am very happy you responded so fast but issue we are having is related to the use of the formula calculation.

I want to be able to calculate each employee daily hours and send that my contracted accountant team for fortnight salary calculations. Can provide support in this area ?

    Hello LIFTTECJM,

This is possible by using the Time field and Form Calculation Field. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, add a Time Field and click the Gear Icon to open Properties.
    2. Now click Range and toggle the Time Range and Duration Indicator On. Need help creating an Attendance Sheet Form Screenshot 60
    3. Now duplicate the field to represent the weekdays. (Monday–Friday) Need help creating an Attendance Sheet Form Screenshot 71
    4. Add a Calculation Widget for the Total Work hours and follow the formula as shown on the screencast. Need help creating an Attendance Sheet Form Screenshot 82
    5. Lastly, add another Calculation Widget for the Total Pay. The formula should be Total Work Hours X hourly rate. Need help creating an Attendance Sheet Form Screenshot 93

    Here's the result:

Jotform is so user-friendly and easy to use, that I made many forms that took only a few hours. I am now creating a timetable for my classroom but I can't find some blocks to them on the table. With the help of I was able to track my work. It would be great if I get the video instructions for it.
