Hi Andrew,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our system and saw that you already created a Time Attendance form for your employees. If you are unsatisfied with the one you made, we have ready-made form templates that you can check, edit, and make your own here: Daily Attendance Form Templates.
Keep in mind that a database is automatically created if you create a form, and let me show you where you can find it:
- On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
- This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
You may also want to check out our guide about How to View Form Submissions.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

I am very happy you responded so fast but issue we are having is related to the use of the formula calculation.
I want to be able to calculate each employee daily hours and send that my contracted accountant team for fortnight salary calculations. Can provide support in this area ?

Hello LIFTTECJM,
This is possible by using the Time field and Form Calculation Field. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, add a Time Field and click the Gear Icon to open Properties.
- Now click Range and toggle the Time Range and Duration Indicator On.
- Now duplicate the field to represent the weekdays. (Monday–Friday)
- Add a Calculation Widget for the Total Work hours and follow the formula as shown on the screencast.
- Lastly, add another Calculation Widget for the Total Pay. The formula should be Total Work Hours X hourly rate.
Here's the result:
You may also clone this demo form so you can test it out.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
