How to Unsuspend My Account?

Hi, just checked my account and have seen that my account has been suspended.

Is there ANY way to unsespend my account.

My account only has one form and I have worked all night on that form, so I truly ask:

If there's a question in my form that goes against the terms of jotform. Can you guys delete that question and reactivate my account?

I really need that form today😫, and I am so sad because I worked really hard on it

I would REALLY appreciate your help on this as soon as possible

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I looked over your account and found that it was suspended due to a fill-in-the-blank field in your form for password collection. Collecting login credentials is a violation of our Terms of Use. We have removed the field and reactivated your account.
