How To Pull All My Emails?

Hello There, I Have The Gold Package With Jotform, at this point I have hundreds of emails. Is there an app integration or part of Jotform that helps me easily see and place all my current emails/contact form info? I hope you're having a splendid day.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're looking to view all your form's email history, you can go to your History page to see it. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.

1. In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.
2. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.
3. Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

Hi Angeli, I was actually looking to see if there is a way for me to see all the contacts that were filled out in my forms. All The Emails, their names, etc. I wonder if there is somewhere in Jotform that I can see all in one compiled place or if there was an integration that would put all my current contacts in one consolidated place. I hope that was more specific.

Hi Dr. Nakita,

You can use our Combine Submissions tool to choose all of the email fields and names, and it will generate a CSV file with all of the information from the form fields you chose from various forms. Let me show you how:

1. Go to Combine Submissions, then select Start Combining at the bottom.
2. Select Allow in the authorization dialog.
3. Click the forms and select the fields you want to combine from several forms. You can also filter the submissions date.
4. Uncheck any options you do not want to include, such as Submission Date/Time and Submission IP address. 
5. Once you're done, click Generate CSV FIle. Simply click the created link, and it will be directly downloaded to your device.
