    Dear JotForm Support Team,

I am reaching out to seek assistance with an issue I have encountered with the 'SKIP TO/HIDE A PAGE' conditional logic in one of my forms. Initially, these conditional logic commands worked perfectly. However, after a short period, they stopped functioning correctly.

Here is a detailed description of the problem:

    • I set up 'SKIP TO/HIDE A PAGE' conditional logic on my form, which worked as intended for a short time.
    • Upon subsequent form submissions, none of the conditional logic commands worked.
    • I attempted to resolve the issue by repeatedly deleting and reinstalling the commands, but the problem persisted.
    • I even went as far as deleting the entire form and starting from scratch, only to encounter the same issue again.

Given these persistent issues, I am unable to rely on the form for its intended purpose. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Please let me know if you need any further information or if there are specific steps I should follow to troubleshoot this problem.

Thank you for your time and support.

    Kind Regards,

    Gayle

    Hi Gayle,

When I cloned and tested your form, I was able to meet the requirements and the flow based on the conditions set on the live form, but I have combined the conditions that were set to hide the same pages. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Click on the Conditions tab, then tick on the checkboxes of the current conditions that was set using Skip To/Hide A Page element.

    3. Once done, click on the Delete button at the top.

You can check out and test the demo form to see if it's the correct flow that you want. If you want to clone it, you can easily do that. This Guide will show you how.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
