    Thread# 16172271 - to reactivate the account

    I'm Rajesh C, Assistant Registrar of NFSU Dharwad. IIT Dharwad has recommended to use the form which has more features. Hence as a trial i have been preparing form for contractual recruitment of our university. What are the features available in the Jotform was checking. How the report are generated. After satisfactory verification we would like to procure for our university to prepare various form. Hence requesting you activate the account at the earliest.

We can also reinstate your account immediately, however, we will need your consent to remove the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email.

    Sir, the competent authority of our university has entrusted this work, it is in trial, they have told us to create the form in personal email if it acceptable and if it is really useful, the competent authority will instruct us to buy. This form I want to show, how the various options are available. After accord of approval I will procure through corporate email id. If you reactivate I will not able to show and as regular we will be using Google forms. Hence requesting to reactivate the account at earliest. If it is not possible then I will drop this project

    You can refer this website https://dharwad.nfsu.ac.in/. We would like to procure for yearly subscription to use in our university for various form. Kindly reactivate the account. If not possible I will drop this project by quoting Jotform is not interested.

    You can refer this website https://dharwad.nfsu.ac.in/. We would like to procure for yearly subscription to use in our university for various form. I was testing whether jotform is useful for our university in my personal email id. If not possible to reactivate I not able to show to competent authority how jotform work, what feature it has. I will drop this project by quoting Jotform is not interested.

    Madam,

    I have already provided the website details in earlier email. Im once again providing the details https://dharwad.nfsu.ac.in/.

    It is regret to inform you that Im fed up of this. I have been continuously trying to reactivate the account. I would not further communicate in this regard. I have got worst experience from Jotform even giving genuine reason it has not activated the account.

    now I'm thinking what if jotform stop the service after purchasing subscription. Thank you

    I understand you want to use the platform, however, you will have to email reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #16172271. Once the Reviewer team have verified that information you shared, they will activate the account. Unfortunately, the support team can only guide you on how to verify your account.
