Hi Yolanda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you confirm the payment method you are trying to use? Also, can you try connecting your account to your form using a browser? I cleared your form's cache for extra measure.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Yolanda,
I cloned your form and tested it on my device to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. It seems like this error appears when users integrate PayPal Business via the Jotform app because I try to integrate another form and I got the same error. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Can you try to log into your PayPal account using a different browser. Or, you may also consider logging into your Jotform account using a computer and try connecting to your payment integration. It's easy, let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Product Field then and then click on the Magic Wand Icon.
2. Click on the Connect button, Then, on the pop-up window, log in to your PayPal account and follow the steps.
3. Once done, click on the Continue button.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Yolanda,
Did you try it on the desktop? If you are still receiving an issue, is it the same as the one you are experiencing on mobile? If not, can you take a screenshot of the error and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
I have also cleared your forms cache. Can you give it another try?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Yolanda,
I reviewed your form, and it is not connected to PayPal, and the payment fields are missing. To resolve this, you must remove and re-add the Product List, as well as re-integrate your PayPal account. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click your Product List and select the Trash can icon to remove it.
- select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner.
- In the Form Elements pane on the left, go to Payments at the top.
- Drag and drop PayPal Business anywhere in your form.
- Click Connect button and connect your PayPal Business account.
Please take note of that after successfully authenticating your PayPal account. You must click Return to Jotform Inc and wait for the blue connect button to display Connected.
We also have a guide about How to Integrate PayPal Business with Jotform that you can check out.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Yolanda,
I checked the form, and it looks like you have not yet connected the form to the PayPal integration. Please click the blue connect button.
Since you are using the PayPal Business integration, please note that in order for the PayPal Business Integration to work properly, you need to have a merchant account already set up. Can you please confirm if your PayPal account is of Business type and have a merchant account set up? Please make sure that is the case for the PayPal account you're using to connect your form so that it can accept payments. Please double-check the account settings of your PayPal account.
If the issue still persists after making sure that the PayPal account is a business type account, then try switching from PayPal Business to PayPal Checkout. Here is how to connect with PayPal Checkout:
- In Form Builder, click Add Form Element in the top-left part of the builder.
- Go to Payment Tab and click the three dots.
- Click Switch to another Gateway.
- Choose PayPal Checkout from the list and click Use Selection.
- After that, connect your form to PayPal Checkout.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
