Hi,
I'm a science teacher looking to streamline the judging process for my school for the upcoming school year. What I envision is each student/ project having a QR code placed on the board which judges will simply scan in order access the judge's form and then I harvest the results and tally scores in some online drop box.
A couple things I want involved in this are:
a limit of 3 judges per student/ project built into the online form coding
each project having it's own form without me having to create umpteen dozen forms- everyone has the same form; and the results for each project are distinct from the results of the other projects.
Am I able to accomplish what I envision with jotforms and if so, what specific things will I need to know/do in order to set everything up correctly so science fair runs smoothly?
Thanks :)

Hi Hillary,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, for example, if you create a form, you can share the QR code for users to access it. Each form will have their own QR code and submission table. Let me show you how to share the form via QR Code:
- In your Form Builder, click the Publish tab.
- Under Quick Share, you may notice +View More under the Share form.
- Select Share with QR code.
- You can download the QR code and print it, or you can copy the code and embed it on your website using the HTML code.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
