Hello --
I recently created a from that accepted uploads. Upon reviewing the submissions, I was not able to download all the uploads. An error message appeared.

Hi Camillia,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please try to go to your settings and uncheck the Require Log in to view file option under your account settings? Here's how to do it:
- Go to My Account.
- Then click on your avatar profile and select Settings.
- Then click on Security on the left side panel.
- And uncheck the box on Require log-in to view uploaded files.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, can you please share with us a screenshot of the error message you were getting when you tried to download uploaded files from submissions? Here's a guide on how to post a screenshot to our support forum.
