Total Score Appears twice

Hello,

Thanks again for your help, you're all awesome. You fixed my last problem...but now.

My assessment is 10 questions (likert scale) 1-5 range for each.

It administers, shows the score range and sends a report to the user's email as well. Awesome.

BUT, (there's always a but) now at the bottom it says:

(here are the last two questions and then the total score)

9 I maintain a clear train of thought throughout the day. 1

10 I easily remember the names of the people I work with. 2

Total Score 34 (or whatever it would be) and then another row ...

Total Score 0

why is it listing Total Score AGAIN and calculating 0 ??

Hi Jim,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and can see two form calculation widgets. The first one is after question #10 and the other one is before the Submit button. What you can do is to remove the second form calculation widget.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
