Issue Two
I don't know how to generate a report. I want to tell people what it 'means' to be in a certain range.
In the paragraph boxes I have, which are three...low, average, high...CAN I put some bullets in after the words 'Low Focus Ability' to describe what that means, ... or will that mess it up?
Issue Three
I want to be able to give people suggestions, given their score. Can I put THAT information into the paragraph box that contained: Results ... Low Average Score ?? Or will that mess it up.

Hi James,
Yes, the range's meaning can be added, as well as suggestions for each result. This will have no effect on the calculation or the form's functionality. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Paragraph and select the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Place your cursor at the end of the range, then click enter.
- In the editor, select Align left.
- Type in the text, then hit enter again and select Bullet List.
- Click Save to save the changes.
That's it! Let us know if you have any other questions.
