Hello Jot et al.
I just completed my assessment tool, CareerCatalyst™ Assessment - Focus.
It is a self-report survey on how well someone is able to focus. It has 10 questions (likert scale) scored 1-5.
Once it calculates the total score it divides people up into 3 categories: Low Focus Ability, Average Focus Ability and High Focus Ability.
Issue One
The form works. When I email the link, open the email, click the link...it takes me to the test. I completed the test and it tells me my score of 41. But, then when it comes to telling me what 'range' I scored in, it first shows me "Average Focus Ability' then moves on to 'High Focus Ability'?? I don't know why it shows both.
Issue Two
I don't know how to generate a report. I want to tell people what it 'means' to be in a certain range.
In the paragraph boxes I have, which are three...low, average, high...CAN I put some bullets in after the words 'Low Focus Ability' to describe what that means, ... or will that mess it up?
Issue Three
I want to be able to give people suggestions, given their score. Can I put THAT information into the paragraph box that contained: Results ... Low Average Score ?? Or will that mess it up.

Thank you,
Jim

Hi James,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can simply resolve Issue 1 by changing the second condition from Any to All. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- Hover your mouse over the second condition and click the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Select "All" in If Rules Are Matched.
- Click Save to save the changes.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
