Automate the process of filling out the form.

Hi! I run a christmas light business. I do a lot of quotes over the phone. I was wondering if there was a way I could have a template that people would call me and i could fill it out a quote for them quickly. I would then need the quote to be sent to them but I want them to be able to pick their own options on that quote. So it would be super easy for them they do nothing but go in there look at it and pick their favorite options and then approve it

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create a custom form and send it to your clients to fill out instead of taking the quote from them over the phone and filling out the form yourself, as this will automate the process of choosing the options inside the form and sending them a copy of the selections made by the client.

We have a number of useful tools and Templates Customized for Surveys. We also have some Getting Started with Jotform guides to help you.

Once you've created your Survey form, you can share it using a QR code. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
• Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
• Click on the QR Code button at the bottom of the Share Form section.
• The window that opens up will have the QR code to share your form.

But I need to send them prices that I quote for them so i need every quote that they are picking options on to be catered to them directly

I don't think this is possible to make your form response as options where the recipient of the autoresponder email (your client) will be able to choose from, unless they'll call you again with their choice. The best recommendation would be what was recommended by my colleague above, or make multiple quotes as products that your clients can choose from.
