How to customize App URL?

Is there a way to have my url be : https://www.jotform.com/app/grandmomscustomembroidery

and not https://www.jotform.com/app/grandmomscustomembroidery/grandmoms-custom-embroidery

It has a repeat of my business name.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The URL you want to use for the app is not possible. The URL uses a slug which a default part of the URL. In your case https://www.jotform.com/app/grandmomscustomembroidery is only the slug there will need to an additional part followed by the / sign after the slug. The slug can not be changed only the part after the slug can be changed. You can check out this guide on how to customize an app URL.
