How to add multiple Payment Authorization on my form?

this form has a $200 authorization if the pickup location is more than 30 minutes away from Burlington Vermont, that works fine, I dont want to change it

Is there a way I can ask customers to enter there credit card information for any reservations less than this 30 minute pickup location?

Reason is I cant have them authorize a $200 credit card if the reservation is only $40

But, this way it will also guarantee that all rides are reserved by credit card

    Hi Donald,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you mean you want to collect their credit card details other than the Payment Authorization that you've set up, then you can add another Payment Integration with Payment Authorization to a separate form, then and add it on your form using Iframe Embed Widget. You will also use a Condition on your main form. Let me show you how to set it up:

    1. First, we'll create a form for the additional Payment option:

    • On your My Forms page, click on Create Form.
    • Select Start From Scratch and then choose a Form Layout.
    • On the Form Builder page, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the screen.
    • Under the Payment tab, choose the other Payment Integration that you want to use.

    2. Now, let's add the iFrame Embed widget:

    • With your form open in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the screen.
    • Under the Widgets tab, click on the iFrame Embed widget and drag and drop it to your form. How to add multiple Payment Authorization on my form? Image 2 Screenshot 71
    • In the Widget Settings window, under the General tab, paste the Frame URL of the other form. How to add multiple Payment Authorization on my form? Image 3 Screenshot 82

    3. Finally, let's create the Condition:

    • With your form open in Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
    • Click on Add New Condition and then select the Show/Hide fieldHow to add multiple Payment Authorization on my form? Image 4 Screenshot 93
    • Now, create conditions like the ones below: How to add multiple Payment Authorization on my form? Image 5 Screenshot 104

Now, you'll be able to have more than one Payment Authorization on your form.

Give it a try and reach out again if you need any help.

    Hello Donald,

I have looked into your form and can't seem to find the iFrame Widget for the payment form. It also shows that you have missing elements, can you add the iframe Widget first and try to test again?

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Donald,

You must add the iFrame embed widget on the main form or the first form that your users will access. You can then follow my colleague's instructions on adding the widget to the form.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

But, leave it at $200 if the answer is Yes

Is your Pick-Up location more than 30 minutes away from Burlington, Vt?

    Hi Donald,

I understand that you want to set up the $50 authorization for pick-up that is less than 30 minutes away from Burlington Vermont, and $200 autorization for pick-up that is more than 30 minutes away from  Burlington Vermont.

To achieve that, inside the iFrame Emebed widget you should add another form with different payment authorization that will have the $50 price. You can set that up the same way as my collegue have shown you.

Then you will need to add Conditions that will present the iFrame Emebed Widget with the second form inside that has the $50 price set in the payment authorization if the answer to the question is no. If it is equal to yes you don't need to present the iFrame Emebed Widget with the second form inside, but allow the users to continue filling the primary form with the $200 price set in the payment authorization. Condition logic is the same as for the one provided by my collegue.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello Donald,

As much as we want to set this up for you, we can only provide guidance and steps. I read the whole conversation, I want to clarify some details. Can you share some answers to the questions below:

    1. Can you share the use case of your form?
    2. Do you want to have multiple payment integrations on your form of payments of 200.00 USD and 40.00 USD? A form can only have one payment integration this is why my teammates suggested using the Iframe embed widget to create another form with a different payment integration.

I've shared a sample form showing how to use the Iframe Embed widget. Check out below:

    • The Form A has the Single Choice element with options.
    • Also the PayPal Business payment integration with the 200.00 USD amount.
    • The Form B has the Stripe payment integration with the 40.00 USD amount.

    • Insert the Iframe Embed widget on Form A and add the URL of Form B on the Frame URL. Then click Update Widget.
    • Go to the Conditions and create Show/Hide Field conditions. Add the following sample conditions below.
