I need to create a dynamic URL that is a combination of a regular URL plus a field value from the Form for the URL for the Thank You page. Is that possible?
If not, Could I use a calculation field that does that combining and use that Calculated field as the URL for the Thank You page?

Hi Katherine,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can prepopulate your form fields by including the query strings in the URL. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Field Prepopulator app and click on Populate Fields at the bottom.
- In the window that opens, click on Allow to authorize the app.
- In the Form Picker dialog, choose your form, and click on Continue.
- Next, provide the prefill values for your form fields.
- Finally, click on Generate URL at the top and copy the provided URL.
Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
We also have a guide about Prepopulating Form Fields via URL Parameters that you can check out.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more about your use case, so I can help you better?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
