    Hi Mohammad,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Generally, the IP address gets blocked when an account is suspended by our anti-phishing system. This isn't necessarily your account. There may be another user who may have created a Jotform account using the same IP address and created a form violating our terms of usage.

I've gone ahead and whitelisted your IP address. Can you try it again and see how it goes?

Let us know if you need any more help.

Hi, my account has been banned as I'm doing a form to make an account in which you need to make up a password and suddenly I am banned for phishing. May I know how to fix this? And what else can I put to replace the password section?

    Hi Mohammad,

To prevent future IP address bans, if possible, avoid using shared IP addresses that may have been associated with suspicious activity. Use dedicated IPs to reduce the risk of being blocked due to others’ actions.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

The thing is, I just made an account around an hour ago and when I was trying to make a login form, suddenly was banned for phishing. I did not know that we cannot put the password tab. So is there a way for you to unbanned me?
