How to Share a Specific Form to Another Person?

I would like to create a request form for my client on JotForm. Additionally, I need to ensure that one of our team members has access to this specific form, but only this particular form.

Could you please clarify the following:

1. Is it possible to grant access to a single form for a specific team member?
2. What actions are required to set this up?
3. Does the team member need to have a JotForm account, and how would this process work?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can share a specific form. You can share the form with your team member by sending them the collaboration link. This will allow them to update the form without creating a Jotform account, and any changes they make will be saved automatically. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select Add Collaborators in the upper-right corner.
2. Copy the collaboration link and share it with your team.
3. The collaboration link expires after 72 hours. Refresh the link to generate a new one.

If you want to share the form's submission table as well. You can share the table in private, but your team member will need a Jotform account. However, you can make it public, in which case anyone with the link will be able to access the table.
