Stop upgrade emails

Please stop emailing me with the upgrade offer. I am have the bronze plan and am subscribed for the year.

Please restore my subscription now, i have purchased a bronze plan and my clients do not have any access to utilize it. the message they're receiving is that the form has exceeded the quota. this is not possible as i have 1000 submissions limit and i have only received approximately 25 submissions. Please restore my subscription as this issue is creating a massive problem with my company and clients. Please assist.

I checked our system, and I saw that your monthly usage limit has already been reset, So, I cleared your form's cache to remove the piled-up cache in your forms. When I tried accessing your form, it is now working as expected. Check out this screenshot below:
