    Hello Tony,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to change the Radio Button Styles, please note that this can be changed on the Advanced Designer page. Let me show you where to find this option.

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click the blue Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page.

I have done as you suggested and the ticks appear in the jotform but the entries on the PDF that is filled in have remained as buttons. Have I missed a step please

    Hi Tony,

Unfortunately, the Advanced designer and the CSS code does not affect the final PDF document, It will only work on the web version of the form.

Although, it is not possible to do any changes with the original PDF document, it's possible to change the style of radio button field on the PDF editor for the PDF document. Let me show you how:

    Hi Tony,

It appears that you're referring to Smart PDF. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change single choice field appearance in the Original PDF. As a workaround, you can use multiple choice field in your form. Let me show you how:

    • In Smart PDF builder, lick on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, choose the Multiple choice field, and then drag and drop them onto your form.
    • Map your fields to your original PDF.
