Unable to reset the correct account password.

    I have reset my password and still cannot login - see screenshot attached.

    Hi Michelle,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked the email address , it's only connected to a guest account. You won't be able to reset your password and log into it with the new one. You can use the same email address you did for your Guest account and use it to create a Starter account. To create a new account, you can go to this link.

    However, if you perhaps have another email address that you used when you created your Jotform account, can you share with us the email address? It can also help us to locate the account if you can share the link to one of your forms.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    I think when I was editing one of my forms a few days ago I changed the email for that form to. If you can't find that email I also have

    Hi Michelle,

    For security reasons, I've deleted the screenshot and the email addresses you've shared. After checking our system, I can confirm that the email address of your account has been changed to y**di***ibuto***stral**@gmail.com. When logging in or trying to reset the password, please use the new email address.
