Setting Up Autoresponder Emails

Do you need a 3rd party application to send a auto response email for my form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. You don't need a third-party application to set up an auto-response email. Setting it up in your form is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Hover your mouse over the New Email and click on the + Add Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
5. Customize the email the way you want it, and click on Save.
