Integration with google sheet is not updating

    The integrations we set up with google sheets is not updating with new responses.

    Hi Amanda Talbot,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you. I tried to manually push the submission to the Google Sheet integration, but it did not work. That means the Google sheet might have been modified. Do note that, Google Sheet integration will break if you make any slightly changes to the form or to the Google Sheets. This will result in failure to update the sheet data. You can try importing data on the Existing Google Sheet. Here is a helpful guide you can review. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.

    3. Select the Google Sheets Integration.

    5. Click on Use an Existing Spreadsheet.

    6. Select your Google Spreadsheet and your form fields.

    If this does not work, then you should re-integrate again to make sure it is working properly. The integration also even breaks if you rename or delete the columns heading on the sheets.
