How to Add a File Type that can be Accepted on the File Upload Field

how my form can accept other file types for file upload.

iPhones record in MOV or HEVC. Android uses MP4. how can we enabled these file types to be accepted in the file "file upload"

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You will have to add these extension files to the File Upload settings so that these kinds of files will be accepted. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click the Gear icon of the File Upload field.
2. Go to the Options tab.
3. Add the mov, hevc, and mp4 to the File Types list.
