How to create fillable PDF document?

Is it possible to use a fillable pdf and after the pdf is complete, to save it? I want to leverage the government fillable pdfs (i9, w4, MO w4) so that I will not need to create much, just a way to save the completed form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're looking to have the option to fill out the PDF directly, unfortunately, it is not possible. But Jotform Smart PDF Forms lets you transform a PDF document into an online form. You can not only gather responses using your online form, but they will also populate the original PDF while keeping its layout. Let me show you how:

• Click the Create Form button on your My Forms page. 
• Choose Import Form and then Import PDF Form.
• Now, upload your PDF file. 

Sometimes, the fields that are automatically created in the PDF file will be in the wrong place. If that happens, you'll have to move and resize the fields. You can check this guide to learn more about Smart PDF Form.
