Can group distribution download the uploaded files?

If I set notifications go to a distribution group will all users be able to download files from the form if the group is listed as the form owner?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you say file, are you referring to the file uploaded via the File Upload form element that is labelled as Upload Retail Flyer: on your form? If yes, anyone can access and download the file via the link added on the Notification/Autoresponder email if you disable the account security setting Require log-in to view uploaded files. Here's how to do it:

1. In Security, disable the option Require log-in to view uploaded files.
