File Upload element is unresponsive

Good afternoon,

I provide custom work for my customers and they use my forms to tell me what they want done. When they click on the part to let them upload their files, it doesn't let them click on it. I tried on my cell phone and on my computer to click on the upload file part myself and it doesn't let me click on it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your forms with a File Upload element on a computer and a smartphone, and both worked without any issues, as seen below:

• Computer.
• Smartphone.

Can you confirm whether you're still experiencing the same issue? If yes, it'll help if you can share a screenshot of the issue, and the URL of the form you're working on. Here's how to share images with us:

1.  Click the View this thread button on the email you'll receive for this/my reply.
2.  Click on the Add Image icon on the toolbar in the Your Answer section.
3.  Paste a link to an image or upload a screenshot from your computer.
4.  Click on the Add button on the modal.
5.  Click the Post Answer button to send your reply.

Finally, please confirm if the form is embedded on a webpage, and share the URL of the page if it is.
