Hi on my jot forms I have deliverables I need and I know we gave the option to save and continue later. Are we still able to see what they uploaded without them submitting the entire form?

    Hi Andrea,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the uploaded files or any part of the form data before the form is fully submitted. The "Save and Continue Later" feature allows users to save their progress and return to complete the form at a later time, but the data is not accessible to the form owner until the form is submitted.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

    Hi Kate,

If they were to fully submit would they be able to go back in an edit if we don't use the save and continue?

And is there a possible work around for us to receive those who did save and continue. We are in a desperate situation as we didn't realize this would be in an issue. This our first time utilizing Jotform.

    Hi Andrea,

If ever you disable the Save and Continue Later feature, and want your users to be able to edit out their submission entries, you can add an Edit Link on the Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Click on the Emails tab on the left side.

    3. Hover your mouse on the Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil Icon to Edit it.

    4. Under Email Content, add the {edit_link} tag.

    5. Once done, click on the Save button.

And for the incomplete submissions, you can manually complete it on your end but keep in mind that if you do that the draft link that was sent to the responder will no longer work. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Dropdown beside the Jotform logo and select Tables from the options.

    2. In the Submission Table page, click on the Three Vertical Dots Icon and click on the Incomplete Submissions option.

    3. Tick the box of the Incomplete Submission Entry and then click on the View button, will you be redirected to the form.

    4. You can then Submit the form for the data to be visible on your Submission Table.
