New Feature to Select data in Tables to copy is not working

I am very happy about the new feature in tables that I can select what data I want and copy it but unfortunately it is not working for my log in.

Other team members it works for but not mine.

Is it because my account is old since I have been with you for so long and the sub accounts that are working are newer? Please advise. I would really love to use this

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The feature to copy data from the submission table is available to all types of Jotform accounts. I tried and tested it with my account and it's working. Let me show you how:

1. Open your Jotform Table, and select a submission data you would like to copy.
2. Press and hold the Ctrl on your keyboard.
3. Move the cursor and click the fields you would like to copy.
4. Right-click on your mouse and click copy.

Can you go ahead and try it again? If the same happens again, Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
