Background image not showing on app

I created an app using one of your baseball templates. When I share it, the background just stays yellow and doesn't load the background image

The new one I created and having the same problem:

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Please note that the app URLs you shared are similar. I just viewed the app you shared but everything was working properly. The correct app background is loaded. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, may we know what browser and device you are using? Have you tested the issue using a different browser or device? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us.
