Forms are being sent to the old email?

    Hi there! I have updated my email address on my account but the forms are still being sent to my old one. Can you help with this? Thanks!

    My new email is leeann@skinandsugaresthetics.com and my old one is skinandsugaresthetics@gmail.com

    Hi LeeAnn,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You've mentioned you already updated your email address on your account, and for reference we have a guide here. You can check your Form's Email Notification to verify if your previous email address is still being used. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar.

    2. Click on the Emails tab on the left part of the screen.

    3. Click on the Pencil icon of Email Notification 1 above of Autoresponder 1.

    4. Click on the Recipients tab next to the Email tab.
    5. Check if your previous email address is still on Recipient Email field.
    6. Click on Test Email below of Recipient Email field.

    7. Check if your previous email address is still receiving the email.

    8. If it's sending to your new Email Address, then click on Save.
