Paying for subscription that wasn’t used?

    Hello I have been paying $39.99 for Jotform for the past 6-7months and have not used the services often. There have been several months in which i was charged but did not have any submissions. Is it possible for me to receive 3 months of access at no charge or be refunded for the months in which i was charged, but did not use the service?

    Hi BBSTAXEXPRESS,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your account and it shows you have our Starter plan. About the refund, your last payment was on April 24, 2024, and it's no longer covered under our 30-day money-back policy. Although we can't give you free access to a Bronze plan. You can have a Starter plan for Free and has no expiration.

    How does that plan work because I don’t need any forms I’m only using the submission.

    Hi Cin,

    Our Starter plan does have the same features with our paid plans, however, the difference is the limit. Since you mentioned that you are focused on regular submissions, you can receive 100 submissions every month. You can check on this page to compare the limits of each plans.

    The issue is I’m only have around 10-12 submissions a month and sometimes less. In the pass there was more, but I haven’t been given the option to reduce the amount of submissions but I was still forced to pay the 39.99 a month.

    Hi Cin,

    If I understand correctly, you wanted a refund since you're only receiving a small amount of submissions a month and sometimes less. Unfortunately, as mentioned by my colleagues, it's no longer covered due to our 30-day money-back policy. But still, you can use our Starter plan to continue, it's free, and currently it has a maximum of 100 submissions per month.

    You can change your subscription plan in your account's billing tab. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In My Forms, click on Profile Avatar on the upper right part of the screen.
    2. Click on Settings below of Admin Console.

    3. Click on the Billing tab on the left part of the screen.
    4. Click on Change Plan.

    5. There, you can choose your preferred Subscription plan.
