My form is not connecting to Monday.com

I created form but having hard time connecting. I really need help to figuring out if joyform right for our venue

I created my form, when I tested I had no idea where information went. I don’t know where to find it. Can someone assist in setting up one form I need?

-I sent link to client

-Client fills out and clicks submits

or sends filled out information to Monday.com and adds it to associated DEAL or separate board

Integating to Monday.com is easy; let me show you how:

• In the Form Builder, navigate to the Settings tab.
• On the left menu, select Integrations.
• Search for and pick Monday.com.
• Choose your chosen action from the list. You can select among the following:
• Create an Item: choose this to create an item on a board/group.
• Create an Update: choose this to create an update to an item. "Update” is a term that Monday.com uses to describe a feature that is similar to a comment.
• If you haven't already connected an account, enter your monday.com API key and click Authenticate.

Adding an Item to Monday.com Board/Group

• Select a board.
• Select a group.
• Next, match your form fields appropriately. The Name field is essential and cannot be erased.
• Set up the remaining optional settings:
• Select update fields: You can use your form fields to update your Airtable board/group. For further information, please visit monday.com - The Updates Section.
• Create a new record when a submission is edited — By selecting this option, you agree to create a new record whenever you or the submitter edit the contribution.
• Finally, click the Save button to complete the integration.
