PayPal Pending Payment

my last submission was in June 20. I don’t understand. The camper filled out form, signed waivers. But the payment will s still pending and the money has not entered my bank yet. Is there something else I need to do?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Payment Pending means that someone failed to submit the payment when attempting to pay, especially in Paypal Forms. If you have received the payment in PayPal, you may mark this as complete using this guide here.

In your case, you must reach out to the form user to confirm the payment as the payment has not been reflected in PayPal as mentioned. Please double-check your PayPal account to see if the payment went through.
