¿Por qué al descargar el formulario no me sale los textos?

Al recibir un formulario y querer descargarlo completamente, solo sale los campos que la persona rellena, más no el texto del campo, un ejemplo


y recibo esto:


No sale el texto del cual el realizó la firma digital y es necesario que toda esta información salga

Now, coming back to your question. Please note that, by default, the text fields will not be added or updated automatically to your email template. You'll have to add it manually to the email template to display the text in the Notification email. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, copy the test from the Paragraph field.
2. In the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
3. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
4. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
5. Then, paste the text where you want it to display and click on Save.
