Hi, I had someone fill in a form partially and they lost it. Is there a way I can view partially completed forms?

    Hi Brian,

Unfortunately, there is no option to view partially completed forms unless you have set up your form to save and continue.

You can use this guide to set up and enable Save and Continue Feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-how-to-enable-autofill-on-forms/

By enabling the save and continue feature, you may view the incomplete submission in your submissions page.

    Hope this information helps.

Hi, I have the save and I see it partially completed, is there a way to send them a link of it to continue completing it?

    Hi Bryan,

If the user saved a form draft, they should have received an email that has the Continue Form button. However, if they lost the email, you can copy the session URL and share it with the respondent so he/she can continue it. Let me show you how to view your Incomplete Submissions and how to copy the session URL:

    1. In the Submission Tables, click on the Three Dots icon beside the current Tables tab.
    2. Click Incomplete Submissions.Save and continue later not saving drafts in account Image 1 Screenshot 40 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10
    3. To see the saved data, hover your mouse over the session ID and click on View.Save and continue later not saving drafts in account Image 2 Screenshot 51 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21
    4. A new tab will open and you can view the saved data. You can copy the session URL from the address bar.Save and continue later not saving drafts in account Image 3 Screenshot 62 Screenshot 32 Screenshot 32

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
