Do I need a 15 digits number to submit a Jotform form?

Do I need to enter a 15 digit number on my jotform submission to get it to the right person ? If so how do I do that ?

Do I need to have all those numbers at the end for it to go to the correct person ?

If I understand correctly, you want to know if you need all those 15 digits at the end to access their form. Is that right? If so, then yes, you need to include those 15 digits at the end because that is their form ID that will route you to their form.
