How to set up Autoresponder and Email Notification

I'm new to this format. I don't under stand how to write the actual email . Does it have to be a PDF that I upload or can I write it directly into to the Autoresponder area . If that is the case how??

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can personalize your Email Notification and Autoresponder by writing in it, adding images, and including form fields to display responses from those filling out your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder page, select Settings located at the top orange menu bar.
2. Under the Emails tab select either Autoresponder or Email Notification.
3. Then, select the Pencil Icon to Edit.
4. Click on Add Form Fields at the top right if you wish to include the responses.
5. Finally, click on Save.
