Creating A Pay Upon Delivery Option

Can an order be made online with an option to pay upon delivery or pick up?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it's possible if you want your customers to pay through cash on delivery only. You just need to add the Purchase Order element as a payment option to your form, since it doesn't process real payments. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, on your Build tab, click Add Form Elements located on the left side of your screen.
2. Go to the Payments tab, then search Purchase Order and click it.
