How to add Google Review Link to the Thank You Page?

Hi,

I would like to add a google review link on a custom thank you page that is conditionally sent. I have added our link, but when I preview the form is says that it cannot open the link. Can you please assist.

Hi Amanda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue but I was able to redirect the form with the provided link. Take a look at the screencast below:

Let me show you how to add a link using the Thank You Page.

1. In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
2. On the left side menu select Thank You Page.
3. Hover over your mouse and click Redirect to an external link after submission.
4. Add your Google Review Link to the Enter URL Input Box.

Also, when I access your form it seems to be Disabled. Let me show you how to enable your form:

1. Go to Settings of your form.
2. Under Form Settings, hover over your mouse to the Form Status of the form.
3. Click the Side Arrow then select Enable.
4. And click Save.
