How can I have my account reactivated?

    Can I have my account reactivated please? I don’t know why I have it suspended as I have never violated any rules. Thank you

    Hi Hilde,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form ID240307206800039 that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    I have no idea what that means cause I never never offered any fake service/job application, this could be a mistake. Yes I am more than happy to have the offending form deleted. Thank you

    Hi Hilde,

    If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread# 16145161 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.

    In the meantime, let us know if you need any other help.
