Is it possible to add a logo to the disabled page notification?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please let us know which disabled page notification you are referring to and I can take a look? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide us with the Form URL you are referring to. Let me show you where to find the form URL:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar.
2. You will immediately see the Form URL, click on the Copy Link button.
Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

If you are referring to adding a logo to a disabled form then yes, it is possible to add a logo to a disabled form. Let me show you how:

1. Open the disabled form in Form Builder.
2. Click on Add Your Logo.
3. In the properties, click on Upload.
4. Upload your logo file.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I've looked over the logo on the warning message of the disabled forms and it appears it is generated through scripts that run every time that page loads. That means it is not possible to update it within the form.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
